Teacher Development Day Our school provides high-quality training on developmental approaches, philosophies, and practices of teaching in each term, including “Chinese and English Pedagogy”, “STEM Education”, and “Montessori Teaching”etc.
Professional Support Our team emphasizes professional learning and provide professional training for teachers from time to time, including the “Chinese and English Development Program for Children” and the “Support for Non-Chinese Speaking Students” programs held by Standing Committee on Language Education and Research.
Local Training We also provide training in areas such as “Positive Emotional Management and Support”, “Art Training”, and “Music Teaching” from time to time, depending on the needs of the children and the expertise of the teachers.
Overseas Training In order to further broaden teachers’ career horizons, we encourage and support them to travel abroad for further training. For example, our headmaster has visited Mainland China and Korea to learn about early childhood education. Furthermore, our two supervisors have visited Hangzhou to observe the implementation of Anji Play so as to learn from the experience of local institutes, compare it with our own early childhood education, and optimize the school-based environment design and curriculum planning.
