Admission Procedure:
Please read this instruction,complete the online application form and upload your child’s recent digital photo to the online application system for admission registration.
After submitting application, parents shall receive the application confirmation through SMS.A non-refundable nor transferable application fee of HK$40 should be paid within 5 working days after submission, either by post or in person to the School Office.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Hong Kong Christian Service Pario Kindergarten” with child’s name and the date of birth written behind. (not to send cash by post)
After the payment of the application fee, parents will receive an acknowledgement of application with your unique application reference number. Please keep for further reference.
Our school accept applications throughout the year. There is no quota set for the application forms distributed or collected. You will be arranged for an interview within two months of registration.

Support Service for Non-Chinese Speaking Children
Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
– When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

Support to non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
-In order to support children’s learning, teachers will translate Chinese homework for non-Chinese speaking children into English so that parents can guide their children to complete homework at home.
-The home-school newsletter has an English version to issue English notices to promote home-school communication.
Application Policy:
The admission system only recognizes appropriate age range for certain entry
Selection will be based on:
Child’s performance in the interview
Sibling(s) who are currently studying at school will be considerate in priority.
Graduate parent(s) or sibling(s) will be considerate in priority.
Result announcement and Registration Procedure:
Notification of Application Result
Result will be informed by email before 13 December, 2024
For the all new application students, the upon receipt of notification of admission, parents must complete the registration procedures in person at the school during the “centralized registration period”, ( 2-4 January 2025) by submitting the “2025/26 Registration Certificate” and pay $970(half-day class) / $1,570(full-day class) for “registration fee”.
Arrangement for Applicants on the waiting list
Our school will contact you by phone if there be any vacancy after the registration date.
Arrangement for transferring
If you wish to change to another Kindergarten after the registration process is completed, please inform our school in writing upon your child’s withdrawal. Our school will contact you within one week after receiving your written request/notice, and return the Registration Certificate to you. Upon getting back the Registration Certificate, our school will no longer reserve the place for your child. Normally, the registration fee which your child has registered will not be refunded.
Notes:
Parents should check our school’s notices through email. For those who have enquiries, please inform our school before the Freshmen Orientation. If otherwise, your registration for admission will not be determined.
